    GRASS INSTALLATION

A solid base is required to be installed under your green. 60mm of road base and 20mm of crusher dust. 
The crusher dust allows you to level your base as required.
Mark out the area of your finished green. Excavate ground to a level of 80mm
Fill with 60mm of fine road base and compact.Add crusher dust to a depth of 20mm and compact.
Roll out grass over prepared base. 
Place your cups into the desired positions and mark.
Dig hole 10cm larger all around cup.
Place cup and concrete in place.
Re-lay grass and cut around holes.
Pin putting surface at approx 600mm intervals around the green edge
Pin fringe surface at approx 600mm intervals around both edges.
Once your green is installed, sand needs to be spread over the grass. at a rate of 2kg per square meter.
Brush sand into the pile of both the putting green and fringe grass
Extra Fringe grass and joining tape can be supplied if needed to extend pre-cut grass. Simply place tape under the join, remove backing and press firmly.
All deliveries are hand unloaded.
